Being a Pet Parent – The Beginning Stages

If you ever thought of getting a pet to be in your life, there are questions and quizzes you MUST put yourself through before bringing home that adorable furbaby. Furbabies are not by any means something to get and to just throw away. Let me first go through some simple steps to take to make sure, you, are prepared to bring home your furever furbaby!

Financiallyย Prepared

Before considering you are wanting a new furbaby in your life, the first step is to check your finances to make sure you can afford the extra expenses of taking care of them. Sure, you think of just food and water, but you have to think about if they get sick and possibly need a vet.

Call around local vets to get their rates on how much they would charge for the breed and the size you are looking to bring home. See how much it would cost for shots, an exam, so on and so forth. To prepare yourself for the expense in case they would nee to go to the vet for anything.

Next, do some research of different brands of food that are out there to be as well get a good idea of how much it would cost to make sure you have enough money to buy their food they need.

Also, make sure, toys – they would love to have some sort of stimulation time if they are completely bored.

It seriously takes your undivided attention to take care of your furbaby. If you have friends that like to go to the bars, you may have to learn that you cannot go to the bar as much as you like to. Your potential new furbaby needs you to be able to take them on a walk, play with them, make sure they go outside to use the bathroom.

Having a furbaby, takes time and takes energy. So remember to set aside quality time for them!

Choosing the Right Breed

Believe this or not, but choosing the right breed to be in your life is an essential part of life. You do not want to be living in a one bedroom apartment, and have this huge Labrador Retriever that likes to go hunting and be active. To me, living in a one bedroom apartment, I would consider a very small dog, that doesn’t need a whole lot of space, but still needs areas to run around, so make sure you have a dog park safe enough to let your pup run around.

If you are an outdoors person, then this is where I would say a Labrador Retriever would come into play. Great for getting outside and getting the chance to run around.

Well, I do hope some of these tips help you out in the long run to consider on getting a new furbaby!

Make Money Strategies – blog #1

Yes, the title of this blog post is correct!

I feel the need to rearrange my blog here, and try something a little bit different to redirect myself in a whole new mindset of what I am trying to do for my life and not for others. Should be simple! Take care of you, focus on you, and get to the top of that mountain that you deserve to be on, the rest will soon follow.

I have been struggling with money the past 5 years and it has taken a tole on me for the worst. I do not get out like I used to. I do not get to go on vacations because it seems like money has to be involved on going on any vacation. I do not get to take care of my dog like I need to. It has all been rough, and I refuse to keep living life the way I am living!

So, what I have to do, or what I had to do was step back from things and focus on what I really needed to do be doing.

That is why I have not really blogged in so long here.

For my readers, I want to apologize for this.

I am going to try the hang of this blogging for another round and see how I do.

Everyone looks for the idea(s) of making money, right? I do it everyday. I know how it feels. I however have a full time job yet, but I still want to make some extra money on the side. No matter what it is, I want the that extra side hustle. (Especially on theses rainy days where I do not work at all)

I went ahead and got right into make money ideas and configure out how people actually really “make money from home” and some of these ways I am still testing out the waters myself on these ideas and once I see success, I will most certainly share all the ideas with you as time goes on.

When I first heard of the idea of working from home, and friend of mine actually does. The idea of working from home to me now for the past five years is still a dream of mine. Looking for the right way to work from home however seems like it has been a struggle for me because, there are so many scams out there!

There are real ways to work making money from home. Truth is, when starting out, it will be small amounts and you will be doing a few side hustles to really make that “one income” compared to having a full time job when starting out.

There are many ways to start out in this adventure, but doing research is a big part on anyone before jumping in the pool of entrepreneurs and work at home mom and dads.

That is a way to learn anything in this life is research and finding out for yourself if that idea is worth the time to put in or not. I am stilling learning this curve balls as I go with finding ways to make extra money. It is the biggest struggle I have ever been through to have this journey.

This journey of wanting to work from home and stay at home more and something I want, but I still want an income to provide for myself and for a future family, (if the day ever comes).

With that set aside, even if you are college student most of these ideas will work for you as well to make a little extra through college, even as young as high school students will be able to do some of these money making ideas.

Let’s all face it. MONEY is this annoying thing that makes the world go round, round, round, and yes round. We all need it.

So in my next blog posts to come I will dig into some awesome money making ideas for all of you to check out!

Changing Things Around

I guess it comes with how things have been. Looking into a future that you know yourself will get better, right? Things need to change and you know it. Whether it is good or bad, you know that whatever changes you make in life, they will lead you to the opportunities you are longing for in life. This life is based on hard work. That is the cold hard truth. I have met along the way, people who try to scum off others and it is upsetting to me to keep watching.

It is unfortunate that I live in an area that most do not want to work for a living. Instead, they sponge of others or sponge off the government for their lazy life. Pathetic, I know. I would give anything for things to change around here.

I want to become more than what I am right now. I have more of a purpose in life and I do not want it going to waste.

I have not blogged in a few months. It hurt me to not be able to come on here to do what I know I should be doing.

Growing an audience to get them on board with me in the ideas of changing this world around.

Why did I stop?

The answer, I will not expose.

But, in order to have this life I am dreaming of come true, I REFUSE to keep hiding on the things that are possible for succeeding in life. I will pursue bigger and better joy in this life if I can just get the courage to do what I love to do and not let others ruin things.

I am ready to make a lot of changes, especially to this blog, and keep going to have the life I am dreaming of, because in the end, that hard work will pay off.

I have sat, researched, and kept doing what I needed to do to understand how blogging ACTUALLY works.

There is a trick to everything in this life if you do your research the right way.

To my readers out there,

I am going to be making quite a few changes to my blog here and hope you are ready for the power of what will come. I am hoping it can bring me success finally.

I am ready to take this blogging world back on!

How to Over Come Anything

I do not know how any of you deal and cope with what life throws at you.

For me, I have to express through writing in my blog or channel feelings through songwriting or drawing.

I’ve learned that social media is NEVER the place to air your problems. This actually can cause more problems when you make such statements on your status.

Having to deal with a difficult situation that you are having to face can bring on many different emotions for one self.

It can change your eating habits

And many more emotions.

Life is never easy, and we all learn something about ourselves that we may have never knew before.

We are all born with some type of purpose in life.

But finding that purpose can take each and everyone of us a different time frame and path to find.

There are so many steps, ideas, ways that you can take to deal with any challenging event you go through in life.

Canโ€™t afford a personal trainer? Jillian Michaels is at your fingertips with custom fitness and meal plans in her new app!

Like many ways to cope and deal with anything, another way I tend to strive for is getting exercise in.

Eating well and exercising helps me to deal with any problems that may come my way.

I have been making this a challenge myself the past three weeks to start eating healthier and getting out in the fresh air.

It helps me to relieve everything that has been building up throughout the years.

Believe this or not, did you know, that the people you surround yourself with can totally make you the person who you are, or should be?

If you surround yourself with negativity, you will have a negative life.

Surround yourself where people judge every move you make or everything you do, you will never succeed the, way you want.

How to Take a Break

How do you know when the right moment is to take a break from anything?

How do you become aware of everything you’ve been through needs to slow down?

What path do you take to make an adjustment in your life?

Where do you turn to when you feel you have no one?

I took a break from blogging this weekend to concentrate on getting my house done.

A lot of work I had been putting into it, and it seems so hard now to just walk away from it just yet.

Something is pulling me back into the life of the house after fresh paint on the walls.

Shop a better mattress for the best price

How can I walk away from this house I have worked so hard on in the past eight years now?

Where me and my furbabies have been in together. Where my golden retriever was since he was nine weeks old.

It’s simple really. I needed a break from being in that house after seven years of bad memories, it is amazing what paint does to an old house.

It can be a safe place for my boyfriend and family if they ever needed.

When I first moved in, the carpet was John Deere green(still is). The kitchen had dull brown cabinets, old kitchen turn dial clock stove.

The counter top was an almost 80’s style design. The floor was a 70’s style. The drop ceiling tiles were yellow and gross.

The whole house needed fixed up to be ready to sell.

But, after working on this house so long, it’s now hard to even sell it.

Learning my way through trying to save my money, I know I can do this on my own yet.

I felt like I was going too lose my house lately, that I needed to sell it before it was taken.

Bills were getting backed up. I was getting so scared. I literally sold everything I had.

I have no furniture now.

Maybe I need to break from the house to fix it, so I can start fresh. So I can become a better person.

I fell off my track completely.

And here is why

When you are surrounded by stay-at-home house wives/mothers, you feel like you are in competition when you are a single woman going into her earlier 30’s.

Let me tell you what it feels like to be a single lady, who’s never been married, who works in construction, and her only kids she will ever have in her life, are her furbabies.

It’s hard, you do not have many girl friends. You do not seem too click with anyone. It’s rough.

So, my life had completely flashed before my eyes.

I want to settle down with someone. I want a different place to live. I want what I want.

Fixing this house alone, with my parents help at least, has taught me this.

Women are able to take care of themselves. Now, this is a message I send to every woman.

Women- you are stronger than men. You can survive on your own without.

My post says, How to Take a break.

I took a break from living in my house to wanting to fix it up and sell it, so I can start to save more money. Well, as I started to save money the past almost three months, I notice now, I may not need to sell my house.

I feel safe there.

I feel safe with the way I am able to save money my way.

No, not that David Ramsey way.

I am going to do this MY WAY.

Because we all have a different life style the way we all live, right?

I’m not going to keep living life the way most do. My life is different. I need a break from other’s lifestyles and beliefs anymore.

I need to find piece, and seek out what I enjoy so I can have my life I dream of.

My other half said to me this weekend, I am stronger than that.

He is right, I am a strong woman to endure anything in life. He has seen it since the day we started dated.

Taking a break from things is usually an ok event to take on. It shows you who you really are as a person.

Even though at times it can be very stressful, and there are always tests to go through. In the end, it’s all worth it.

Even taking a break from blogging is ok at times to regain your thoughts to bring something new to the table for your audience.

I will continue to blog. I will not let anything stop me from this.

I learn nothing is going to stop me from having a great life.

It will be a great life. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜„

I hope to bring some new ideas to all who want to save money or make money.

So be on the lookout for my blogs this week!

Savvy Ways To Improve Your Blog

If you are anything like me, you might be searching for ways to improve you.

Maybe it is a skill you are wanting to brush on?

Do you want to learn a new skill?

Maybe you want to become a better person?

Whatever it is that you are looking into, it always begins somewhere.

I almost though of taking a break from my blog here to actually brush up on my skills of blogging.

My number one go to source of learning the world of blogging is…..

Can I get a drum roll…

I am a HUGE Pinterest person anymore. I have set Facebook aside, not much one for Instagram lately, however Twitter is my second go to for a lot to grow my blog.

The reason why I considered on not blogging maybe for a week, was to actually reteach myself the basics blogging.

We all can take this course at times in our life, right?

I have learned that many come to start a blog just to make money.

Trust me, I would love this too.

But some days it may require you to take a step back into the

Fundamentals of blogging.

Blogging, is a way to write down what you know and guide others who are searching for a specific topic they are searching for.

Thinking about starting a Blog?

Think of your niche BEFORE you begin a blog.

I suggest before you start a blog, definitely grab paper and pen and write down what you know, so you have a clear mind of the topic you’d like to cover.

If you start a blog to just make money – you will fail miserably.

There is a lot to learn and research on blogging. I still do this while I continue to blog myself. Sometimes you have to brush up on things you think you know, but learn something new while you continue to learn.

Another thing I have been reading on.

People love those long, broken up blogs.

You know the kind. Those long blog posts, that have a paragraph of maybe three sentences, and it is drug out.

Yeah, people like to skim, they read, but they skim. So breaking up your post the way I am trying to do, because I myself that when I read other blogs, I like them to be easy to read through.

Oh, I know I have a long long way to go with my blog.

I will let you know this.

It does not happen over night to grow your blog. It does take A LOT time, effort, patience, and getting the right traffic.

I have found recently that you can create call-to-action buttons to generate on your blog, and this is another task that I plan to corporate in my blogs for future reference.

Always remember this.

It is ok to take a break from blogging to readjust your skills, to brush up on your writing, and to fix your niche.

There is no wrong in making this move.

I may have to at times to change things up a bit to keep my readers intrigued and excited.

Don’t ever get discouraged.

Just keep going until you see results. For many bloggers, it has taken them more than two years to see change in their blogs.

So, keep going. There is light.
